It's as easy as 1, 2 , 3...
1. Once you have choosen your products add them to your basket which appears in the top right corner of the screen. You can alter quantities once you are at the checkout.
2. Once you have finish shopping, click on the basket to view contents and change quantities as required. VAT will be added along with carriage costs which are calculated on the basis of weight and size rather than delivery location. Please note that costs are based on mainland UK deliveries only.
3. When you are happy with your order please proceed to checkout
First time online users will need to pay via the credit / debit card route using our secure server. Alternatively if you would prefer to go through the account route, please contact our Sales Department on 01767 692313 ext 1 to obtain your unique customer reference. Once orders have been placed through this route our sales team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm payment and delivery.
Please be aware if you are an existing customer who receives a loyalty discount this will not be automatically applied when placing orders via the credit/debit card route. Please proceed through the ‘on account’ route and use your unique customer reference Account no which can be found at the top right hand side of your invoices (this will be a maximum of 7 characters long)
Order confirmation will be emailed to the email address supplied or you will receive a telephone call from our sales team to confirm delivery and payment details within 48 hours.
